  I went shopping here yesterday with my mother, looking for an outfit to wear to a wedding. We walked in and my mother immediately walked over to a dress that caught her attention. I saw an employee folding clothes just inside the door. He asked us how we were doing and I said we were fine and asked him the same. He didn’t answer, just stood there staring at us. Then he practically yelled “How we doing??” in an aggressive manner, which shocked me, and I replied again that we were fine. I turned to follow my mother but I heard him talking again so I turned back. He had returned to his folding and, without bothering to lower his voice, said sarcastically into his headset, “I just love it when customers ignore me when they walk in. It’s just the best.” I was absolutely appalled. I have worked in retail for years and I always do my best to be polite while I am out shopping, but I have never encountered an employee who was this arrogantly rude. For an employee to blatantly badmouth a customer in front of their face is completely unacceptable and gives the company as a whole a terrible reputation, not to mention that anyone listening to him on their own headsets would have known that he had done this yet they chose to do nothing about it. We left and will not be returning to this store again.
