We were fortunate enough to work with a gentleman named Shane. He always got back to us and helped us greatly in working with a old cabin, and some of the issues that can come from that. The installer was awesome and we LOVE our new Mendota fireplace, Such a nice group to work with, we highly recommend The Hearth House!
