  It took a long time for someone to help me yesterday! There were several people working and I finally had to ask someone for help. Her reply was, she was waiting to see what I was going to do! What I was going to do??? I had been in the Pandora section for approximately 12 minutes, used the restroom, and waited approximately two more minutes at the Pandora counter, once again! I've been shopping there for many years and have never had a bad experience before this time. It was a very different atmosphere compared to my other shopping experiences at Jared.

  Went in to see how much it would be to reshape and polish a ring and they did it for free! They did it very quickly and professionally and it looks as good as the day I got it. Would definitely recommend for jewelry repair!
