  I had a fantastic experience came in 3 times the first, time they helped me narrow down what I was looking for and informed me their was going to be a sale in a couple of days If I wanted to wait I could save some money, ended up being a couple hundred bucks saved was happy, came in the third day after the stone was set and the ring was resized (also ended up being the next day rather then the 2 days out they quoted me. I would definitely have left a 5 star but I'd assume people seeing all 5 stars and nothing in 4 would think most are fake. was ecstatic with the experience.

  It's hard to believe a company with the word "jewellers" in its name does not have their own jeweler on hand, sent an engagement ring off to simply get re-sized, took more than 3 weeks to get back. Considering Jared (their sister company) is 300' away and has their own jeweler, you would think they could accommodate their customers who spent thousands at their store. Great prices and product, just horrible high level management
