  I won my lawsuit against Christian Nahr and Norther Colorado Home and Design center today. He is not licenced and not insured. He used inferior products on my bathroom remodel, took more than 50 days to complete and never finished the job correctly. Dealing with Christian was a nightmare I never want to experience again. I am finishing a basement now and he could have had that 50K job but chose to try and cheat me on a 10K job. I have been unable to collect on my lawsuit and have turned it over to a collection agency.

  We did a kitchen and master bath renovation. It was completed on time and on budget, even with the expected occasional bumps in the road. Christian, owner and operator of N. CO Home & Design, was our general contractor. He's hands on, always responds to calls promptly, has great tradesmen doing the work, and has professional and helpful office staff in Jessica and Leigh Ann. We would highly recommend them.
