  Great selection of products, but I received the wrong brake pads when doing a warranty exchange. The employee had taken the old pads from me, and placed them in a box behind the counter before going in back and grabbing the new sets. As he returned towards the front counter, new pads in hand (4 pads held together with a clear cellophane) , he very briefly stopped and looked to be comparing the new pads to the old set, looked to be happy, handed me the new pads and told me I was all set. 2 days later, i find out the hard way, they're the wrong ones. The exchange for the correct pads went well, but many unprofessional and rude comments were made talking poorly about the employee who made the original mistake. .
