  I had the best experience at a VS at this location! Everyone was so sweet, but Taylor and Tarah were particularly helpful and kind. In the past at Victoria Secret locations, I've been treated rudely when I've asked for a larger bra size because I bounce between a 36D and a 38D. The ladies went out of their way for me at this location and I can't thank them enough!! Plus the staff at the register were throwing out complements at me like free candy!!

  I have never had such bad customer service in my life!!! On Saturday I called the store to see if they had any of the free blankets left, and the lady on the phone told me that they did. I drove all the way from North Fort Collins, waited in a 20 minute line, just to be told that they did not have any blankets. Not only was I told on the phone that they did, but they also had a sign outside of the store saying that they did. When I told the lady at the counter that I was told on the phone that they had the sign front that said they do, she simply replied "well we don't." Her tone was incredibly rude, she didn't apologize, and she refused to remove the sign from the front. Several customers behind me were also there for the same blanket, waited in the same line, and had to deal with the same rude teller. If you are out take you sign down, don't tell people over the phone that you have it in stock, and at the very least teach your employees how to be respectful to their customers!

  I don't go to Victoria's Secret often but I often go here to get lip gloss and perfume. They did move their store in the Centerra location because they are remodeling the old store. Currently it's where Gap used to be. They do have a good set up there though! I went in with my dad because he was going to buy me perfume and there was a lady there who was very very helpful. She wasn't pushy though and make sure we got the best deals. I really appreciated her and it really makes me want to go back!
